The collar is just right the measurement worked to my dogs size. The lights are bright and can be seen from a far distance. The battery pack stays in place when the dog is active. We use it to locate the dog at night in our yard.

It has three different modes. It’s pretty cool unfortunately i didn’t look at the size so it doesn’t fit my dogs, but that’s ok. my friend has little dogs and she loves it.

Received as described, the collar fits perfect and the multifunctional light is amazing. You can make it blink, strobe, or stay solid. You can also brighten or lower the brightness. I recommend and i will be purchasing again. Collar itself is made heavy duty material.
